Built as the home of a family of wine merchants in 1914, the white Jugendstil villa has become a popular private hotel and individual insiders tip.

classic elegance, a high degree of comfort, sophisticated interior, peaceful and romantic atmosphere, close to the centre, although far removed from the city hubbub and surrounded by a diverse landscape; this is the situation of the white villa in lush green.
The non-smoking house with its 45 rooms, its inviting á la carte Restaurant, beautiful sauna area, all year opened outdoor skypool and Mediterranean indoor pool with comfortable recliners on which to relax, unwind and recuperate appeals to the city tripper, holidaymaker and business traveller in equal measure.
Since the middle of July 2017, our guests enjoy the new Relax area with 15 additional comfort-rooms & suites and a rooftop-pool with sun terrace. The Schütt-Bertrams family and the friendly staff are looking forward to your stay!

Standard room:
These double rooms (18m² to 26m²) vary from a simple, linear design to a fanciful, romantic style.
We reserve the right to use our double rooms for single occupancy during peak seasons and on weekends. We will present you with an individual offer for single occupancy.
Within this category, rooms are of different sizes, with different colour schemes and furnishings. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower/WC and some of these rooms also have air conditioning or a balcony.
Families can book additional sleeping facilities in the larger double rooms by advance arrangement and rooms with connecting doors are also available.
Dogs are allowed in some cases, but we must be informed about them in advance.

Relax room
Located in the new relaxation annex, cozy, pet-free double rooms (29-35 m²) and holiday rooms (40-45 m²). The entire relaxation area is reserved exclusively for guests over the age of 16.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with spacious, partially covered balconies facing the old town, as well as comfortable bathrooms with walk-in rain shower. The larger holiday rooms of this category also have a bathtub and double sinks, as well as a free tea station, ironing facilities and other small in-room amenities. From all relaxation rooms you can reach the outdoor swimming pools as well as the indoor pool and the sauna area of the main building by elevator via the shortest route.
Hügelchen apartments
The Hügelchen apartments are located directly opposite Villa Hügel and therefore offer the same superbly quiet location on a residential street together with close proximity to the city centre (10 minutes by foot). The road connections with Luxembourg and with the motorway links to Koblenz, Cologne, Frankfurt and towards Eifel & Hunsrück are within easy reach. The Academy of European Law Congress Centre (ECC) is just 3 minutes away by foot, whilst the city university and university of applied sciences are a 10-15 minute walk.
